Claire Gargiulo

Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 2011, Claire Gargiulo brings more than 15 years of legal experience to her practice, with a particular depth of knowledge in family law.  She began her legal career in private practice, where she spent six years representing clients in family law, contract law, and collections matters.  She subsequently spent nearly a decade serving York County as a Divorce Hearing Officer and Child Custody Conciliator.  In these roles, she gained extensive experience navigating complex family law matters, evaluating legal issues, and helping individuals and families resolve difficult and often highly personal disputes.  This unique perspective provides her with valuable insight into the legal processes and procedures, and the practical considerations that affect clients both inside and outside the courtroom.

Her practice focuses primarily on family law, including divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, and Protection from Abuse (PFA) matters.  She also assists clients with estate planning and estate administration, as well as residential and other real estate matters.  Recognizing that litigation is not always the best solution for every family, Attorney Gargiulo is a trained mediator with a focus on divorce mediation, and is also trained in collaborate law practice.  She is committed to helping clients navigate challenging legal matters with thoughtful guidance and practical solutions tailored to their individual circumstances, yet she is a fierce and determined advocate when the need arises.

In addition to her Pennsylvania state court admission, Attorney Gargiulo is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and she has argued before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.  She is an active member of the York County Bar Association.  Attorney Gargiulo is also fluent in Spanish, allowing her to communicate directly with and better serve Spanish-speaking clients.

As native of South Central Pennsylvania, Attorney Gargiulo values the opportunity to serve individuals and families in the community that she calls home.  She enjoys spending time with her husband, her two children, and her beloved horse, Jack.  As her husband is an active duty soldier serving in the United States military, Attorney Gargiulo appreciates and thanks all of the active members and veterans of our armed forces for their service and their sacrifice.
