Brandy Hoke grew up in Silver Springs, Maryland and moved to York County to attend York College. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and went on to study law at Widener Commonwealth Law School in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Upon graduating from law school, Brandy accepted a clerkship with the Honorable Kathy A. Morrow and the Honorable Kenneth A. Mummah in the Court of Common Pleas in Perry County, Pennsylvania. Brandy returned to York County and clerked for the Honorable N. Christopher Menges, who presides over Custody Motions court proceedings and heard family law cases the York County Court of Common Pleas since January 2016. Following her clerkship with Judge Menges, Brandy worked for York County Public Defender’s Office until May 2021. In June 2021, Brandy joined Ream, Carr, Markey, Woloshin & Hunter, LLP, as a partner.
Brandy is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the York County Bar Association.
